Returns and Exchanges

At Herbman Hustlin Smoke Shop, we want you to be 100% happy with your order and returns are eligible for refund if a returns request is made within 14 days of receiving your items.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. We will not accept returns that have been worn, used or damaged due to not following usage instructions.

Incorrect, damaged or missing items can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase and must be reported within 5 days of delivery.  If an issue occurs after this time please send an emai including a photo of the issue along with your order number and we will do our best to assist you. 

Note: Sale items and Gift Cards are non-refundable.


To initiate a return, please contact us at providing details of your order number and reason for the return.

You will be responsible for sending the item back to us, along with the delivery cost of doing so. Please ensure that all items are packaged suitably and sent via a tracked delivery service, please also keep a record of your tracking number until we have confirmed that the package has been received.

Once the package is delivered and the item has been checked, a refund will be processed. We aim to process all returns within 7 working days of receipt and you will be notified by email once completed.


If returning goods from outside the UK please declare description of contents as "Returns" on any customs declarations and specify value as zero to avoid incurring duty costs. 


If your return is approved your refund will be credited to the same method of payment used to make your original purchase and may take up to 5 working days to process and clear. If for any reason your original method of payment is no longer available (i.e. the card has expired) we will contact you for further information.

For international orders we refund in GBP only and we are not accountable for exchange rate fluctuations.


We will replace items if we send them to you with defects. If you haven’t ordered the right size please contact us via email on to authorise an exchange as we have limited sizes on some items.

Once an exchange is authorised and received back, your replacement will be shipped out within 1-3 working days.

If it is a different style you would like then please return your item using the Returns instructions above and then order your desired replacement(s) via the website separately.
